What to Bring to Counsellor-In-Training (CIT)
Packing List for Weeks 1-3 (Day Camp Schedule): 
  • Change of Clothes (optional - in case one pair gets wet)
  • Rain Gear
  • Extra Sweater or Light Jacket
  • Bathing Suit & Towel
  • Beach Shoes & Rain Boots (optional - weather dependent)
  • Running Shoes
  • Hat
  • Sunscreen
  • Waterbottle 
  • A Snack
  • A Camera (not a phone)
  • A Backpack (day pack/school-bag)
  • Bagged Lunch (if lunch has not been purchased) 
Packing List for Week 4 (Residential Camp Schedule)
  • Clothing for 5 days of camp for warm or cold weather (t-shirts, shorts, pants, sweatshirt, underwear)
  • Pajamas
  • Bathing Suit & Towel
  • Hat
  • Rain Gear
  • Sleeping Bags (sheets if preferred)
  • Pillow
  • Running Shoes
  • Rain Boots
  • Beach Shoes (sandals wiht toe straps, not flip-flops)
  • Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, hair brush)
  • Sunscreen
  • Water Bottle
  • A Camera (not a phone)
  • Duffle Bag (or backpack)
  • Flashlight
  • Insect Repellent (optional)
  • Book or Journal (optional)
Please be sure that your first and last name is on all of your belongings to ensure that they will be returned to you. 
Please do not bring "expensive" clothing or other items in case they get lost. Please note that lost and found items will only be kept for 4 weeks after the session date. 
What Not to Bring: 
  • Illegal Drugs, Alcohol or Cigarettes
  • Personal Electronics (cell phones, ipods, gaming devices, MP3s, etc.)
  • Pocket Knives
  • Valuables
  • Money
  • Fire Starting Devices
  • Junk Food 
  • Anything special that if gotten wet or dirty would result in an upset camper or family
