Registration Process  
 
If you or your child have never attended Sasamat Outdoor Centre before, you will need to create a family profile.  On the left side of the home page click on Register Now and you will be taken to the registration screen where you can create a new account. You will have to enter in the information for one or both parents as well as the children.  Once you have completed this you are then able to go to any program that is open and register your family or your child.  Once you are logged in, you will have the option to choose from Summer Camps, Leadership or Special Events. Once you click on the season you are interested in, you will click on the parent or child's name you are registering for and all of the programs the participant is eligible for will show up. Click on the program and date you are interested in and follow the prompts through to the end payment. You will also have to complete secondary forms at this point. You will receive an email confirmation saying that you have completed the registration.
  
 
If you change your email address, move or make any other changes, you can edit your family profile by logging into your account using the Register Now button. Once logged in, you will just click on the "Manage my Household Info" button and you can then change any of your information. 
 
If you are not sure what you have registered for or need a copy of your Invoice you can go into your profile and you will see a list of everything you are currently registered for as well as past registrations. Your Invoice is also used for your Income Tax - we do not issue tax receipts for summer programs.
 

Refund and Transfers Policy:

Campers unable to attend a session for any reason will receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation/administration fee, provided our office is notified thirty days before the start of the session.  If notified less than thirty days prior, we will attempt to refill your spot from our waiting list, and only if we are successful you will receive a refund less the $50 administration fee. Please note that the cancellation/administration fee is non-refundable/non-transferable. A child cannot be substituted for another child.Refunds can take up to 4 weeks.

There will be a transfer fee of $30.00 applied when any camper wishes to transfer from one week to another. All transfers must be completed by 30 days prior to the camp start date.
