Things to Know!
Is my Child Ready for the Resident Camp Experience?
Parents are often nervous of letting their children move away from the embrace of family. That's understandable. The important question to ask as a parent is whether your child is ready for that move. If they feel they are, it might be time for your family to discover whether Resident Camp works for all of you.
Resident Camp is a different experience than Day Camp - for everyone in the family. It can help a child and a family grow and learn to understand each other better, while providing an experience that a child will never forget. Are both you and your child ready?
Payment, Refund and Transfers
When you register you may pay the full amount up front, or you may pay 50% upfront. If you choose to pay 50% upfront, the remainder of the fees will be automatically charged to your credit card on May 1, 2019. You may also come back any time before then to make additional payments.
Cancellations more than 30 days before the start of the camp session - Refunds are provided, minus the $75.00 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations within 30 days of a camp session - Refunds are not provided unless your spot can be filled with a camper of the same age and gender. If your spot can be filled, a refund will be provided, minus the $75.00 non-refundable deposit.
Substitution of Campers - Due to long waiting lists and age and gender issues, camper substitutions are not allowed. If you cancel a camper's registration, another camper cannot be put in their place.
