Spring Break Day Camp
Spring Break Day Camp is a wonderful way to introduce children ages 6-12 to the Sasamat Outdoor Centre experience. This camp is a great way for your child to spend a week outdoors, engaging with the natural world and meeting new friends.
Children are grouped by age and by gender, with a ratio of 6-8 participants to 1 leader. Each day is full of age appropriate activities.
Each Spring Break Day Camp week has a fun and exciting theme. Activities will also include archery, canoeing, rock climbing, camp craft skills, hiking, nature games and traditional camp wide games.
We welcome new and old campers, as we will integrate everyone to ensure all have a positive and memorable experience.
Children should bring a lunch, a change of clothes, a warm sweater, a rain jacket, and a knapsack to keep all belongings in. An afternoon snack will be provided.
NOTE: Due to the large number of children with peanut/nut allergies we ask that you please do not send peanut butter sandwiches or any peanut snacks. We aim for a peanut/nut free environment.
