Sasamat Outdoor Centre Cancellation Policy for Spring and Summer Camp Programs

As part of your registration, Sasamat Outdoor Centre collects a $100.00 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation with 30 Day’s Notice or More

Cancellation with 30 days notice or more before the start of the session will be refunded, less the $100.00 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation with Less than 30 Day’s Notice

A cancellation with less than 30 days notice before the start of the session will only be refunded, less the $100.00 non-refundable deposit, if we are able to fill the space from our waiting list.

Transfer Policy

Campers being transferred from one session to another for any reason will be charged a $35.00 transfer fee.

 Sasamat Outdoor Centre Cancellation Policy for Community Rentals, Weddings and School Bookings

Cancellation with 90 Day’s Notice or More:

Groups cancelling with 90 days notice or more will have their Rental Contract with Sasamat Outdoor Centre terminated, and will forfeit the initial 10% non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation with Less than 90 Day’s Notice:

Groups cancelling with less than 90 days notice will be required to pay the full amount originally contracted on the Rental Agreement, unless Sasamat Outdoor Centre is able to fill the booking dates with another booking. Should Sasamat Outdoor Centre be able to fill the dates with another booking the Rental Agreement will be terminated and the original 10% non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
