Sasamat AGM Notice
Sasamat Outdoor Centre will hold its Annual General Meeting on Monday May 12 at 6:30pm at Sasamat Outdoor Centre (3302 Senkler Road, Belcarra). We invite all to join us for the AGM to stay informed and contribute to future directions of the outdoor centre.
To register for the AGM, please visit our website and submit an online registration through our regular registration portal. Please note, in order to vote you must have a current membership, membership can be purchased for $5.00 when you register for the AGM.

Every member in good standing (“good standing” is defined as having one’s 5$ membership fee paid in advance of the AGM) is eligible to vote. Memberships are valid from April 1 to March 31 and voting by proxy is not permitted.
