Transportation
We believe summer camp starts at the bus stop, and encourage families to take advantage of our transportation options.
In order to create easy drop-offs and pick-ups, as well as alleviate congestion at camp, Sasamat Outdoor Centre includes free transportation for most summer camp programs. Sasamat buses campers from five different locations across the lower mainland, transportation options change program to program.

Vancouver – Gladstone Secondary School Tennis Courts (25th & Sydney)
Burquitlam – Mountain View Elementary School (740 Smith Avenue)
Port Moody – Port Moody Recreation Centre (300 Ioco Road)
Coquitlam - Glen Elementary School (Westwood Street)
Port Coquitlam – Coquitlam Avenue (between Aggie & McMitchell Parks)

Rovers Day Camp
Provides transportation from all bus stops.
*On Thursday evening Sasamat Day Campers are invited to stay for dinner and a campfire sing-a-long. Bus pick up times are later than usual.

Belcarra Day Camp
Provides transportation from the Port Moody bus stop.
*On Tuesdays, Belcarra Day Campers spend the day at Sasamat Outdoor Centre. If you drop off and pick up your camper, please head to our main site at 3302 Senkler Road, Belcarra. (In week 6, August 8-11, 2023, Belcarra Day Campers will come to Sasamat on Wednesday August 9th).

Sasamite Nature Club
Sasamite Nature Club does not provide transportation. Campers in this program are required to be dropped off and picked up at Sasamat Outdoor Centre by their families or guardians.
