2021 AGM Notice

Sasamat Outdoor Centre will hold its Annual General Meeting online on Monday May 17 at 6:30pm. We invite all to join us for the AGM to stay informed.

This year we will have a special presentation sharing the highlights of this past year’s programs! To register for the AGM, please visit our website and submit an online registration through the regular registration portal. Please note, in order to vote you must have a current membership, membership can be purchased for $5.00 when you register for the AGM.

Every member in good standing, “good standing” is defined as having one’s 5$ membership fee paid in advance of the AGM, is eligible to vote. Memberships are valid from April 1 to March 31 and voting by proxy is not permitted.
